Gregory DeRosa

Chief Executive Officer
Greg DeRosa is the managing partner and founder of G2D Development. He is focused on developing commercial and residential properties throughout Long Island and NYC. G2D’s portfolio started with a 6M office (2007) acquisition and has grown to mixed use, medical, retail and residential properties with a market value exceeding 300M. Greg is a board member of the USGBC LEED Green building Council along with many other non-profit organizations.

Bobby Walsh

President of Construction & Development
Has 25 years experience in real estate development, construction management and facility operations Bob has a proven track record in site selection, lease negotiation and entitlement process. Bob successfully secured, entitled, constructed and opened over 175 locations for TD/Commerce Bank. His career has also encompassed single-family home and condominium developments as well as hotel construction. Bob is also LEED AP certified.

Alison DeRosa

President of G2D Properties – Principal Broker
An MBA graduate with a solid background in Finance, Alison is the director of Property Management and Real Estate Brokerage.  Her 20 years of broad full-time experience in the real estate industry has given her a clear insight into the mindset of buyers and sellers and a thorough understanding of the regional marketplace.  Alison specializes in tenant relations and optimizing floor plans.

Gael Willford

Finance Director

Gael has 19+ years of demonstrated history working in the construction and design/build industry. With strong analytical skills with an emphasis in business profitability, job costing and business growth she will help G2D Group continue to expand through her role.

Philip Foote

General Counsel

Philip P. Foote grew up in the construction industry and possesses the hands-on knowledge of what it takes to bring a project from design to completion.  As a hotel and resort management graduate, Philip brings his service industry experience to the legal profession. Prior to joining the G2D Group, he was General Counsel to Castagna Realty Co., Inc. and a named partner in a Manhattan based real estate law firm. 

Desiree Welch

MBA in Banking & Finance. Several highlights of Desiree’s career in financial services industry includes system conversions, implementation and reporting. Coupled with accounting skills in the non-profit sector, Desiree’s extensive experience with grants/contracts included state, federal and private funding sources.

Noel Rogers

Architect & Design
Noel serves as in-house architect and design consultant. Noel is and expert in code compliance and ADA compliance. Prior to joining G2D Development Noel designed many projects for Avalon Bay and Mill Creek.

Emily L. Wood

Marketing Director
With a background in Fine Arts from the Corcoran College of Art & Design, Emily L. Wood has cultivated a diverse professional background from Account Management to launching her publication of Raise Vegan Magazine in 2017. Her portfolio brings a new energy to the G2D Group team to help them grow with their new and exciting ventures.

Joe Haas

Construction Superintendent
As the construction superintendent for G2D Construction, Joe is a quality-focused manager with extensive experience in all phases of construction. His broad knowledge of blueprint plans/designs and building regulations enable effective monitoring for quality workmanship and safety management.

Mark Weidemann

Property Maintenance Manager
Mark serves as the maintenance manager for all G2D’s stabilized properties. Over the past 36 years, he has worked in every aspect of construction, specializing in finish carpentry. His broad knowledge, dedication and work ethic is invaluable to keeping our properties pristine and our tenants happy.

John Tonna

Junior Project Manager
Following graduation from Villanova University in May 2018, John signed on with G2D in September 2018. He brings a youthful enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn. He has become an integral part of our PM Team.
